How it works:
If you have a group with at least 10 rooms or more, L & B Travel can set up a room block for your party. This is how:Step 1: We negotiate a set contracted group block with the hotel through a third party vendor for your designated room type and total room count.
Step 2: Our third party vendor will provide a courtesy proposal first, with the room rates and some initial terms for your consideration with no obligation to move forward.
Step 3: Once you approve and decide to move forward, the hotel will send over a group block contract with more detailed terms, deadlines to make payments and/or drop unbooked rooms, and other important information.
Step 4: Once the contract is signed and the initial group deposit paid, your block is set up!
Step 5: We collect a mailing list of all of your guests, and will prepare a nice email invite for all your guests with detailed pricing and instructions for all guests to get in contact with us and make their bookings. We can also add optional photo(s) to the guest email, such as pictures of the wedding couple and the destination venue.

- L & B Travel will ensure your guests are properly advised before travel related to passport validity, airline apps, airline check-in instructions, travel insurance, transfer instructions, and other travel related matters.
